Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, request for an exchange or refund must be made within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product. You can request a refund/exchange by contacting us via the Contact Us form, sending an email to email@example.com or by calling the store on 07 55975897. Please provide your order number and item for return. Return of the product, at your cost must be made within 7 days of our notification and approval. If you have chosen an exchange, shipping is at the customer’s expense for the exchange item and will be billed accordingly.
Goods being returned must be new, unworn and unwashed. And if applicable, in original packaging and tags still attached.
We highly suggest shipping the returned item with tracking and insurance. Little Mai does not assume responsibility for the items until received.
If a refund has been requested, it will be credited back using the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty. The refund will be processed as soon as the item has been recevied by Little Mai.
We do not refund or exchange items purchased at a reduced price, unless the product is faulty.
We happily refund or exchange if an item is faulty. Please provide an image of the item with your request and we will assess the item.
